Essentials backup not successful - cannot connect to Azure Backup Agent


hi guys,

i have issue regarding server 2016 essentials. tried configuring azure backup , seemed work fine (at least setup wizzard worked). no health warnings on following subjects:

*an azure backup task unsuccesful
* new harddrive connected server

i'm mentioning both of them because new harddrive virtual disks ("cb-{....") configured azure backup @ night.

now health monitoring suggests @ azure backup history tried, can't connect backup agent. neither essentials dashboard nor azure backup snapin. have restarted server meanwhile didn't , issue persists since couple of days.

i have screenshots attached 3 windows, essentials dashboad, azure backup snapin , drives have been created.

according description, understanding windows server 2016 essentials integrated azure backup failed online backup.

make sure have uploaded certificate azure backup vault, used authenticate azure backup deployment (the agent), acting on behalf of microsoft online services subscription owner manage resources associated subscription.

if problem persists, please provide onlinebackupgettingstartedwizard.log under %programdata%\microsoft\windows server\logs.
