Server 2008 sbs random reboots

we have dell server per710. following specs: dual e5504. 8gb ram. running windows server 2008 sbs.

 

the server seems rebooting without cause once week. time never same although seems happen sometime between friday , sunday every week. see nothing in event log cause. have set system take screen shot before shutdown no screenshot taken. seems shutdowns sudden , unexpected. guess issue hardware related, perhaps power supply although system has 2 power supplies. ideas or suggestions appreciated.

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.

i have domain server windows 2000 sp4. my clients using win xp , win 98. when send messages computer management-shared folders-rightclick-all task-send message connected users, message received clients using winxp but not in  win 98 .how send them without winpopup  , net meeting. this forum windows server 2008.   check messenger service running on win98-clients.
