Can't join Windows 7 to Server 2008 R2

good afternoon, all!

i know there lot of threads out there related error message, far i've seen specific issues not relating issue.  error message of "network path not found".

brief environment details: hand me down equipment benefactor startup company.  first domain controller server2k8 r2 in new domain we'll call waterr7.com.  isn't first rodeo, know i'm doing , i've never had issue before.  setup dc nic point dns (installed dns server role) , isp router (192.168.1.1) secondary dns.  dns server settings have forwarders set isp router , public dns (4.2.2.2) secondary forwarder.

workstation can ping server ip address , can rdc server via both ip , netbios name. believe have dns set correctly , believe working properly.

if try join waterr7 domain calling "waterr7.com", instant error saying domain can't found.  when connect "watter7", prompted un/pw and, after typing that, error message above.

after looking @ many postings on web , here @ tn, i've seen following netsetup.log file important.

hello,

please post unedited ipconfig /all dc/dns server , windows 7 machine.

"netpdodomainjoin: status: 0x35"  0x35 means "network path not found".

also remove router dns server on nic of domain machines, routers dns doesn't know internal domain.
