Canon iRA 7260 PCL5c print to mailbox

     hi all, hopping may know quick fix problem.

     purchased brand new canon ira7260, had setup on 2008 r2 print server latest pcl5c drivers downloaded canon's website recommended canon tech. our laptops , desktops running windows 7 64-bit and after creating gpo got connected printer no problem.

     working great except problem happens random users @ random times. i had printing setup privacy reasons "store" option, when user hits "print" button on workstation a document stored in user's mailbox (folder) first is located on printer's hdd. print document user need walk to the printer, punch in pin , hit print doc button again on printer itself. for reason documents not show in mailbox, there no errors of kind on workstations , see in print job logs on print server document been spooled, printed , deleted. strange thing size of document disappears shown as 0 bytes in size , 1 page long. , whole process of spooling printing , deleting happens within 1 second according logs. there no errors or warnings in log except informational events.

      printer has static ip, same subnet print server , pdc, printer's port has been setup raw , spool documents, isolation setup default. thanks!

thanks your message, looks have figured out. canon printer setup use dynamic dns updates , problem on dhcp server our dc server someone's used domain admin account in credentials in ipv4 properties advanced tab. once changed credentials regular non-admin ad newly created user account first time in office able print without me login pdc domain admin rights.
