forest to forest migration

hi team,

i have 1 windows server 2008 standard edition having ad a.com

and server has os windows server 2008 r2 having ad b.com

now want migrate b.com a.com there 1 forest a.com

please assist how shall proceed in there many system connected both of domain , lot file permission involed shared folders

also please tell me disadvantages process
