IIS Many-to-One multiple servers

we have multiple servers (w2k8 iis) behind load balancer, each server configured authenticate users via certificate. process works fine, long user stays connected the same server. however, if re-directed server, 403 errors. part of problem user attempts re-connect after persistence time period on load balancer exceeded. can change persitence time on load balancer, increase probability user return same server, cannot insure user return same server. far solution we've been able use have user close ie, re-open ie, clear ssl cache & re-connect web site.

i think 1 solution 'sync' authenticated user between servers. correct? how done? configuring serers farm resolve problem?

i don't know application think want move session state out of process state server:

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.
