Pooled desktops not working

i have 2 servers rds server , hyperv host, rds server has rds services in remote apps work , can connect local machines using rds gateway, install rd virtualization host on hyperv host , created pooled desktop deployment desktop-1 , desktop-2, seems working, can launch pooled desktop while on lan, once on wan can not access pooled desktops rdweb or remote desktop app for 8.1 client, same client can access rdweb, remote apps, remote computers using rd gateway can not access of pooled desktops. attempted connect , goes through motions hangs @ "initiating remote connection" , stay there forever, on rds gateway server there no connection listed. i try connect through rds gateway directly 1 of pooled desktop computers connects without issue. i've verified tcp 3389 , udp 3391 on firewall open.

it seems i'm missing in rds gateway configuration that allow connect tor pooled desktops.

external user access internal virtual desktop infrastructure, need deployment rd gateway handle requests. 
-check whether there appropriate trusted certificate configured properly. 

- can open tcp port 443 & udp port 3391 remote clients. passes traffic , client on port 443, , and internal resource on port 3389. communication between rd gateway , external client encrypted. please check whether rd cap & rd rap policy configured properly.

Cannot access Anywhere Access using domain name?

after installing anywhere access in windows server 2012 essentials r2, cannot use anywhere access using setup domain name in wizard such remote.mydomain.com? if enter public ip address, example, 72.2.34.5 works. before set anywhere access, created a record pointing public address...pinged , worked...so not sure doing wrong?  is wizard supposed create record etc , make remote.mydomain.com work? if enter public ip address while on lan, takes me router webpage.  shouldn't work on lan if accessed via public ip? thank you, tim. the wizard can configure remote.microsoft_names.com  remote.remotewebaccess.com but cannot configure domains purchased outside wizard.  depends on how domain configured if wildcard.yourdomain.com should work  if try ping remote.your_domain.com afar , not give proper  public ip, need add record mariette said. much have record domain.com www.domain.com , if have website somewhere else www.domain.com , need remote.domain.com go box gr

WMI Failure: Unable to update Local Resource Group
