RDS Server Farm - RemoteApp will not launch on RD Web Access - Error redirecting

i receive following error when log rd web access inside our network (and occassionally outside) when try launch remoteapp listed under available programs:

computer can't connect remote computer.

the remote computer rds1.mydomain.com trying connect redirecting remote computer rds2.mydomain.com. remote desktop connection cannot verify 2 remote computers belong same farm. can occur if there computer on network same name computer trying connect to. 

contact network administrator assistannce.

here setup:

gw1 - rd gateway
web - rd web access server , connection broker
rds1 - rd session host server 1 (setting exact same remoteapps rds2)
rds2 - rd session host server 2 (setting exact same remoteapps rds1)
farm1 - farm name connects rds1 , rds2

i had similar post same error when trying use rpd client inside our network administer server. solution simple: add /admin mstsc.exe command line when need administer server in server farm.

now, have same error, trying run remoteapp normal user would. let in, , think because load balancing has stated rds1 should take next connection.

i have verified both servers on same farm , normal load balancing working properly. there no other computers same name on our network.

this issue has made internal support difficult our employees , i'm sure there simple solution. appreciated.

we not getting error anymore after spending hours on phone microsoft tech support. honest not sure of 1000 changes made fixed issue, here think is:

it boiled down ssl certificates. in tcp connection properties of each server on general tab, had not chosen certificate. selected certificate in area , changed security layer ssl (tsl 1.0).

also, in rd web access configuration used second option "one or more remoteapp sources" , enter fqdn "farm1.mydomain.com". think change here fqdn part. think had farm name in there.

throughout process, changed farm name see if help. not sure if did, thought mention it.

sorry vague post, has been trying process , not 100% sure change made , when. know how setup now, if has questions, please let me know.
