How to create a custom rdp file for connecting to a 2012 R2 RDSH farm

hi all,

i have customer 2012 r2 rdsh farm consisting of:

server 1 - connection broker / licensing
server 2 - gateway / web
servers 3 - ?  - rdsh servers

when connecting farm internet explorer 11 connection , redirection rdsh servers works.
both internally , externally.

however, there bunch of old(er) thin clients old explorer versions (no new firmware available).
when logon using browser, user needs login twice.

using remote desktop client farm url user able logon, get's connected through server2, receives message: connection denied, because user account not authorized remote login.
rdp tries log user on server2 , user has connected through 1 of rdsh servers.

is possible create custom rdp file?
i've been playing around setting customs options (editing rdp file notepad), i'm not able use rdp file connection.

is possible achieve this?

there's no ha/load balacing used here.

the solution use following registry key values needed custom rdp:
hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\terminal server\centralpublishedresources\publishedfarms\wortell_session\remotedesktops
