storing data in quorum drive?

got question cluster experts out there.  1 of colleagues saw disk space have on quorum drive , decided move data in there.  know quorum drive should used config database , nothing else, happen if failover now?  if need bring clustered disks offline , bring online fail now? 

nothing happen. disk other disk in environment.

the real risk if run out of space on quorum disk, you'll wind killing cluster.
