Users having issues printing PDFs with RDApp
hi all,
a handful of our users here @ office (the 3 or out-of-domain workstations) having issues printing medical billing program use. actual printing fine, when pdf writer selected, prints physical printer instead. writer in question cute pdf , adobe acrobat.
this happened me when tried using remote desktop app computer (in domain) has since stopped.

regarding issue, please refer following suggestions:
1. try log server physically administrator , lock computer using ctrl+alt+del test.
2. third party applications may encounter compatibility issues in multi-user environment. please try re-install applications under rd-install mode.
