Windows 2008 R2, Internet Information Services: Changing security settings to change a folder's content by using PHP

hello,

i ask if somebody's there me:

i php developer stuttgart, germany.

in php web application want edit text files using php code.
these files created once (by me), exist before php application used web user.
my php code reads out text files , other text files' contents changed.

in developer's environment (windows xp, xampp) works fine.
so i'm sure code ok.

but productive system ist windows server system (windows 2008 r2 , internet information services).
and here doesn't work! text files' contents aren't changed.

i know on windows based webserver systems have change folders security settings
(what mean: folders text files placed). must give iis system user (in past it's name iusr..., named otherwise) additional rights, can change folders content.

i did. doesn't work.

some years ago when used windows server 2003 solution worked.
giving iusr right change folders content. it.

but new in windows server 2008 doesn't work?

i think must complicated. me?

thanks

tommy
