Windows Server 2008 R2 Failover Cluster IP address reset

hey all, in advance help!

recently, had admin leave , checking out rfailover cluster had set up.  realized had set clusters failover ip address local subnet, forgotten change new subnet when moved it.  consequently, when going clustering management, ip shows being offline.  question is, when change ip address valid subnet ip, happen cluster?  need reboot nodes?  of current hyperv machines lose connectivity, briefly?

anyone had before?

hi cdshriver,

as ressource offline, nothing happen. no reboot required can directly "try" bring ressource online. ressource exaclty offline ? cluster core ip ?

no danger hyper-v communication, again ressource offline ;-)

regards

ramazan
