Access to a computer

my relative has set new microsoft account talk talk email address when there recent hacking problem talk talk. microsoft account did not appear register @ time can't computer. set email account can't computer don't have password. talk talk 1 not accepted. please. have applied new password twice don't have enough information one.

according description, understanding it’s failed log on computer microsoft account.

set new account, need enter system first account has admin permission. if microsoft account 1 account has admin permission, need recover password first.
