My 2012 R2 servers are not receiving updates

hello everyone, 

first of all, thank reading @ lines, have issue 2012 r2 servers @ 1 of facilities accountable for, servers not receiving updates, other servers 2003 , 2008 receiving updates properly, workstations, way have our wsus environment configured this, have master upstream wsus server in texas, , replicas on country, 1 replica not distributing 2012 updates in california, network ok, proof of distributes 2003 , 2008 updates without problem.

i have applied kb2734608and 2720211  to replica server in california , still no luck.

u may have reset 1 of 2012 clients talk wsus again:
