Show only one printer in Terminal Service Session
hi !
· for multiple reasons, not last security, it's not advised have regular users run rds sessions administrator privileges! issue have (users seeing redirected printers other active sessions) coming from. users administrative permissions see redirected printers sessions, nothing can that. advice spend time fixing issue have users can't connect through rdp when don't have administrative permissions. policies did use this?
the easiest way when having multiple rds servers use this:
computer configuration -> policies -> windows settings -> security settings -> restricted groups
then add group: builtin\remote desktop users
and add ad group of users it.
it require reboot of rds server after policy in place since computerpolicy, after user member of group selected should able logon.
hope helps!
