BBC WorldService on Windows Media Player

bbc world service link broken on windows media player. returned message is:

windows media player cannot find file. if trying play, burn, or sync item in library, item might point file has been moved, renamed, or deleted.

microsoft fix center doesn't help, i've tried on 5 times. claims rebuild link file doesn't. please respond kevinanorman@yahoo.com

your best bet report broken link in media guide bbc (http://www.bbc.co.uk/feedback/) can work microsoft link fixed.

i have domain server windows 2000 sp4. my clients using win xp , win 98. when send messages computer management-shared folders-rightclick-all task-send message connected users, message received clients using winxp but not in  win 98 .how send them without winpopup  , net meeting. this forum windows server 2008.   check messenger service running on win98-clients.
