disconected network drive red cross

hi, had working on user configuration fine when apply computer configuation on gpo, drives says

disconnected network drive red cross. can still access drives how solve issue.

i tried enabling following but stil no luck.

"always wait network @ computer startup , logon" policy under computer configuration/administrative templates/system/logon in group policy

all windows 7 machines problem.

 

if understand correctly you're doing, expect work under user section, not when applied computer section, because drive mappings user specific.

otherwise, i'm not sure else offer @ point. fyi, haven't seen problem of customer installations. maybe else may have better suggestion. if may suggest, on possible solution is contacting microsoft support specific assistance may better course of action resolve this. if choose option, here's link started:
