To know more about frequent system crashes (Windows NT 2000)


this know cause of frequent system crashes...

let me explain problem i'm facing...

once in every 15 days on wednesday server (windows nt 2000) gets rebooted unexpectedly , tomcat service in server gets hanged in starting mode. @ that time i'll not able to access application is in server , i'll not able able see the 'start' option enabled in tomcat services. it in disabled mode.

then i need kill process (using pskill) after can see the 'start' option enabled in tomcat services then i have start services can be able access application.

for fix problem, have done registry changes reference to the below mentioned article id. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/319127but unfortunately doesn't work.

want know why system crash happening on once in every 15 days!!! and to know what may solution too...
