Excel 2010: Printing via Terminal Services getting a single cell per page

hi

i know has reared it's ugly head in past, getting issue. 

we using terminal services supply applications, map local printer using remote desktop easy print.  have found lexmark cx510 when using scaling options fit 1 page preview shows fine when print there hundreds of pages single cell on each sheet.  when go print preview shows 1 cell per page.  have tried various different lexmark drivers (cx510 pcl, ps, universal driver 2 pcl5e, pcl xl, ps) , same thing.  have tried older model drive (cx310) , same thing.  have tried changing resizing options in driver correct paper size , still no difference (which mentioned in previous post same issue).

the clients windows 7 , terminal servers windows 2008 r2.  on windows 8.1, managed find install works (inf file driverver=04/21/2009,6.3.9600.17415), haven't been able find 1 works windows 7.  have tried lexmark , said it's microsoft issue.

we did find hotfix kb979163 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/979163) but when tried install it, got message saying not applicable our systems.

any appreciated.

please patch terminal server see whether issue persists.

Cannot access Anywhere Access using domain name?

after installing anywhere access in windows server 2012 essentials r2, cannot use anywhere access using setup domain name in wizard such remote.mydomain.com? if enter public ip address, example, 72.2.34.5 works. before set anywhere access, created a record pointing public address...pinged , worked...so not sure doing wrong?  is wizard supposed create record etc , make remote.mydomain.com work? if enter public ip address while on lan, takes me router webpage.  shouldn't work on lan if accessed via public ip? thank you, tim. the wizard can configure remote.microsoft_names.com  remote.remotewebaccess.com but cannot configure domains purchased outside wizard.  depends on how domain configured if wildcard.yourdomain.com should work  if try ping remote.your_domain.com afar , not give proper  public ip, need add record mariette said. much have record domain.com www.domain.com , if have website somewhere else www.domain.com , need remote.domain.com go box gr

WMI Failure: Unable to update Local Resource Group
