Web front end for Powershell script

i'm looking way receive , post input powershell script from/to webpage. example title box says "user i'm looking for" , enter, when click enter after entering data returns users description webpage.

i've done lots of work powershell , porting different scripts windows forms never website , finding task daunting in extreme. (my lack of iis experience haunting me here)

browsing around there aren't many resources explain process or offer working tutorial server 2012.....plenty 2008 spotty @ best

does have tutorial or can recommend read this?

in looking, personal edition of powershell server free. going give go now, that i have done some asp.net stuff.

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.
