Where do I find MKLINK.EXE?


sorry sounds dumb?  but mklink.exe?  is available either windows 7 or windows 2008?   part of install? ie. resource kit?    googling talks available windows 7 , 2008 don't see where.

hmmm, regular dos command rd delete without error or warning.  very odd design remove functionality known exist part of error system.   whether symbolic link or not, still "virtualized" folder , attempt use existing commands known behave 1 way not links seems poor design.  mklink created it,  mklink or special commands should delete well.

anyway.  just software engineering opinion on robustness , consistency principles.
