how find out connected via remote desktop before have rdc.

you may view logs previous log on details.  please examine following on each rdsh server:

event viewer\windows logs\security

event viewer\applications , services logs\microsoft\windows\terminalservices-localsessionmanager\operational

event viewer\applications , services logs\microsoft\windows\terminalservices-remoteconnectionmanager\operational
