Strange behaviour on DHCP leases.

hello all,

in latest days we're noticing strange behaviour dhcp leases, or somehow related.

in our headquarter there's 1 dhcp server, installed 2 months ago on 2008 r2 server in order replace old dhcp server installed on 2003 machine.

all scope options same, except 006 dns servers options changed in way:

.

old dhcp server: (let's say) 192.168.10.3 , 192.168.10.7

new dhcp server: (let's say) 192.168.10.9 , 192.168.10.4

.

every client right dns ip addresses when they're switched on, until it's ok... after hours clients, different problem not same clients, no longer able connect network resources , see that, suddenly, dns addresses changed , they're using old ones.
command ipconfig/all show dhcp server new one.
need ipconfig/renew in order let client new dns addresses again.
old dhcp server has scopes disabled , dhcp server service stopped , disabled.
2003 server still functional file server.
check wireshark show new dhcp server 1 in our network.
ideas?
many in advance.
best regards
angelo

it shouldn't, unless there's corruption. uninstall dhcp service on machine if you're not using longer.
