have been connecting system  my vm giving gateway credentials

today have got connected first gettin error

remote desktop can dinf computer might mean not belong specifed network

have clear cache can me this?

how did rdp office vm, via host name or ip address? if used host name, please try ip address see if issue persists.

in addition, operating systems of office vm , vpn client computer? remote settings on office vm? please make sure remote desktop connection allowed office vm version of vpn client.  in addition, please make sure remote desktop enabled in private , public networks port 3389 not blocked.

if above suggestions not helpful, maybe can clear remote desktop credential cache deleting mru entries: hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\terminal server client\default , enabling “do not allow passwords saved" user in local group policy edit/user configuration/administrative templates/windows components/remote desktop services/ remote desktop connection client.
