viewing all user security privileges? (on windows 2008 r2 sp1 CORE)

hello,

(i'm using windows 2008 r2 sp1 core)

i've been granting following privilege tomcat6bts user account:

ps d:\> ntrights +r seservicelogonright -u tomcat6bts
 granting seservicelogonright tomcat6bts   ... successful

i not able find wmi class or powershell cmdlet or whatever tool, able display users security privileges. tool able show partial privileges information whoami.exe, logged on user, , incomplete .... not rights shown.

for example: run cmd.exe tomcat6bts runas.exe, use "whoami /priv", granted seservicelogonright not shown .... weird:

d:\>whoami /priv /user

user information
----------------

user name        sid
================ ==============================================
exttc\tomcat6bts s-1-5-21-1346785790-1294433142-4283818741-1000

privileges information
----------------------

privilege name                description                    state
============================= ============================== ========
sechangenotifyprivilege       bypass traverse checking       enabled
seincreaseworkingsetprivilege increase process working set disabled

is wanted behaviour or bug in whoami.exe ?

i'm able work locally on console server, no remote adminstration tools available/possible. there tools, wmi classes or whatever view granted security privileges?

thanks lot!!!
