1) active directory domain services
2) dhcp server
3) dns server

my question have guide or follow on exact steps take migrate server? plan turn off dhcp , dns server roles, reboot, change server name , shutdown server. take server new location , turn on. going go active directory services , create new subnet , new site in there , turn on roles.
hello,
personally i prefer when renaming dc demote, rename , promote again.
netdom can used rename described in:
http://technet.microsoft.com/de-de/library/cc816601(v=ws.10).aspx
also required is:
http://technet.microsoft.com/de-de/library/cc794759(v=ws.10).aspx
do not use gui way renaming, normal computers, there more trouble.
for ad sites , services:
- create new site , add new subnet
- change ip settings on machine new subnet and shutdown server
- start on new location , assure connection , replication working support tools
