Problem in website open internally, Website Name & Email host Name are same

i need solve issus ......

ex:

my website name : http://connect.com

and email host name same, after configure exchange server 2013 internal network can't able open website

please provide me best solution asap

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.
