Convert RTF to OOXML

we have oracle database blob holding rtf data. need convert rtf data ooxml, how can that?

we taking text database , loading word 2013 content control. content control can not interpret data (rtf), if load ooxml data content control displays formatting.

we need way convert our existing data rtf ooxml.

as far know, microsoft office suit has no build-in tools convert rtf ooxml. might need use third party tools or write code yourself.
