IIS constantly needs attention

ok...newbie warning...

i running whs there forums not helpful i'm turning guys

my iis service crashes every 2-3 weeks....and have manualy copy metabase files history restore service. have run checkdsk , found no real issues drive....why these metaschema.xml , metabase.xml files getting corrupted?

any insights appreciated
