error adding http location to revocation configuration

my lab consists of following 2008 r2 servers:

 1 dc,
1 rodc,
1 standalone root ca
1 enterprise subordinate issuing ca
1 member server dhcp role

on issuing ca i've installed online responder, ca web enrollment , ndes role services.  followed the  instructions ms 70-640 training kit install cas, configure online responder, create duplicate efs template, , configure autoenrollment.  assigned  network service account read permission ocsp signing certificate.  works fine except adding http locations revocation configuration.  i'd know how set up.

if use ldap locations online responder returns no errors , there none in pki either.  if add http locations revocation provider error below.  i've tried revoking ca exchange certificate , re-adding , re-configuring base , delta crls still error.  can offer further suggestions?

type: microsoft crl-based revocation status provider. revocation provider not working on array controller.
revocation provider failed current configuration. object identifier not represent valid object. 0x800710d8 (win32: 4312), 0x800710d8

Cannot access Anywhere Access using domain name?

after installing anywhere access in windows server 2012 essentials r2, cannot use anywhere access using setup domain name in wizard such remote.mydomain.com? if enter public ip address, example, 72.2.34.5 works. before set anywhere access, created a record pointing public address...pinged , worked...so not sure doing wrong?  is wizard supposed create record etc , make remote.mydomain.com work? if enter public ip address while on lan, takes me router webpage.  shouldn't work on lan if accessed via public ip? thank you, tim. the wizard can configure remote.microsoft_names.com  remote.remotewebaccess.com but cannot configure domains purchased outside wizard.  depends on how domain configured if wildcard.yourdomain.com should work  if try ping remote.your_domain.com afar , not give proper  public ip, need add record mariette said. much have record domain.com www.domain.com , if have website somewhere else www.domain.com , need remote.domain.com go box gr
