Failover clustering with redirected folders

i'm having issue failover clustering of file server. understand during failover disconnect clients happening on desktop files disappear.

they can right click desktop , click refresh , files appear.

is there way resolve issue during failover user doesn't have right click desktop , click refresh?

my failover cluster servers 2008 r2 fc san.

the servers losing icons on desktop (because desktop redirected) 2008 r2 rds. don't have client machines on-site since @ our datacenter.

yes, upgrade file server cluster 2012 scale-out file server.  new technology, clients disconnected - redirected host in cluster - no disk ownership change in cluster.

but, 2008 clusters, working implemented.  removing disk hosts files.  simple demonstration of open windows explorer view removable drive, usb drive.  if unplug drive, windows explorer disappear.  plugging drive in not automatically restart windows explorer.  on cluster, similar thing happening, except since have files mapped desktop, take refresh of desktop files seen again.  if did not have files pointed desktop, instead user had launch windows explorer, experience same when unplug usb drive.

Cannot access Anywhere Access using domain name?

after installing anywhere access in windows server 2012 essentials r2, cannot use anywhere access using setup domain name in wizard such remote.mydomain.com? if enter public ip address, example, 72.2.34.5 works. before set anywhere access, created a record pointing public address...pinged , worked...so not sure doing wrong?  is wizard supposed create record etc , make remote.mydomain.com work? if enter public ip address while on lan, takes me router webpage.  shouldn't work on lan if accessed via public ip? thank you, tim. the wizard can configure remote.microsoft_names.com  remote.remotewebaccess.com but cannot configure domains purchased outside wizard.  depends on how domain configured if wildcard.yourdomain.com should work  if try ping remote.your_domain.com afar , not give proper  public ip, need add record mariette said. much have record domain.com www.domain.com , if have website somewhere else www.domain.com , need remote.domain.com go box gr
