Screen Saver Group Policy Not reflect on some windows XP base desktops by Domain Contriller

we had set our screen saver policy on our domain cotroller's ou , not displayed on computers while computer in ideal condition (5 min) pelase let me how set screen saver policy using group policy same our desktop users can able view screen saver.

when "some computers" mean xp pcs or few? if have few , rest gpo applied, might want troubleshoot using gpresult , eventviewer logs.
