Where can i find the Specification for "Network Level Authentication" introduced in the RDP 6.x servers/clients?

so far using rdesktop , properjavardp rdp clients on linux machines. now, windows server 2008 came new authentication mode "network level authentication". but, far rdesktop , properjavardp won't have support new authentication mode. but, crucial , business critical. know specification "network level authentication" used between rdp 6.x server , clients. so, try implement , contribute rdesktop , properjavardp.

please let know specification of "network level authentication" introduced in rdp 6.x servers/clients.
